Back again with another video and workout series with my man Flex Wheeler. This workout was apart of a multiple session of workouts FLEX put me through. This particular exercise was truly difficult as the objective was to do as many push ups witha knee tuck as possible within a 60 second period. The program below outlines the whole workout. the sets and reps should be defined as 1 set of 60 seconds. SO in other words you should do as many reps as you can within a timed set.
