High Bicep Curl Workout

Know what you should focus on when training your biceps with different exercises.

Understanding the benefits and differences between using different equipment and angle changes during a Biceps curl is extremely important when training arms. Every movement done in the gym must have an exact goal in mind for why you are doing it and what you are aiming to gain from executing it. In the below video I lay it down on a different Bicep curl that you may not have done before, and also give an additional tip from my good Friend Anthony Diluglio from the Art of Strength.
