Who doesn’t love peanut butter?! These low-cal pancakes are high protein and a great swap for the
traditional pancake!

1 Tbs peanut butter
1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
3 egg whites
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
Splenda or stevia to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until it makes a smooth mixture. Spray pan with non-stick cooking
spray and turn on medium heat. Pour batter onto pan and flip when slightly firm. Makes 2 servings

Approx per serving~ 181 cals, 8g fat, 13.5g pro, 15.7g carbs, 2.5g fiber
