Fruit and Nut Parfait


Simple yogurt parfait that can be made ahead of time! It’s high protein content will keep you satisfied!


1 cup low fat greek yogurt

½  cup blueberries

2 Tbs Almonds

¼ cup old fashioned oats


Layer or mix all ingredients and serve! Makes 1 serving.


Approx~ 350 cals, 13.5g fat, 26g pro, 35g carbs, 6g fiber
