Spinach Lasagna

Nice little recipe for dinner

Ingredients:

-          1 box dried lasagna

-          1 pack frozen spinach

-          1 casserole fresh mushrooms

-          1 onion

-          1 pack Ricotta Cheese

-          1 jar of red pasta sauce of your preference

-          250 grams sweet cream

-          grated cheese

-          fresh basil

-          olive oil

-          salt

Preparation:

Chop the onion in small pieces and gently fry it in a little olive oil. Cut the mushrooms and add them to the onion, stirring until the mushrooms turn soft. Add the spinach (don’t worry if it’s not defrost completely) and stir until the whole thing starts to resemble a sauce. Add the ricotta cheese, the sweet cream, the basil and some salt, and let it cook together for 5 minutes. Grab a tray and start layering the lasagna noodles, red pasta sauce and the mixture from the pan, finishing it off with that nice spinach and mushroom sauce. Add grated cheese and place in the preheated oven at 400 F (200 C). Let it cook for 20-25 minutes and enjoy this healthy, but decadent meal!
