Technique Matters when You Train. here is a reason that SHOWS Why

Once again I cannot stress the technique of EVERY lift. I try to be as specific as I can when I explain the techniques and exercises with all of my Workout 101 Videos. In this Feature I am showing you an example of poor technique that resulted in, well yes, something funny, but more importantly this guy is truly lucky that he did not really get hurt.
