Super Shredded 8 (SS8) is an 8-week get lean program based mainly on supersets… but so much more.

If I had to sum up what Super Shredded 8 was, I would say that it’s a combination of Show Time, 1-2-3 Lean, and Un-Rested Development. In regards to the supersets, unlike my Superman program, which also uses supersets yet pairs exercises for opposing muscle groups, SS8 supersets pair up exercises for the same muscle group. This version of supersets are technically known as compound sets.

For each superset, one exercise is done with heavy weight for low reps and the other exercise is done with light weight for high reps.
