You're roaring to get started! You've never stepped foot in a gym before and haven't done any other formal workout program but you're excited about the new journey you're about to take.
As a beginner you're looking for a workout that will ease you into the process but will still be challenging at the same time. We've got the perfect thing for you! You're a beginner.
You're no stranger to the gym. You've been hitting the gym regularly for some time now and are looking to take your body to the next level. While you wouldn't exactly classify yourself as an expert, you have the basic foundational principles down of weight training, reps, sets, rest, and all the variables in between.
You can easily understand a workout program and are ready to see what your body can do. If you've been exercising for six months to one year, you are an Intermediate trainee.
You've been there and done that. You've tried numerous different workouts before and have seen some great results come of it. But now, you're looking for more.
You've been exercising regularly for at least a year and have a solid foundation of strength behind you. At this point, you're ready to add more intensity, volume, or incorporate in some advanced techniques that prompt further muscle growth. You're an advanced trainee.
You're already fairly satisfied with the current amount of muscle size on your body and are now looking to further refine that size and add tone and definition. You wouldn't mind adding a few more pounds of lean muscle mass, but don't want to gain much more than this.WOMEN
You're a woman who's looking to shed just a few pounds, but more importantly wants to increase her muscle tone. You're fairly satisfied with how your body looks but now are craving that fit, firm appearance that you so often see in fitness magazines.
Months or years of eating too many calorie rich foods and skipping all forms of exercise have left you sporting more weight than you would ideally like. You're looking to melt body fat and get down to a healthy weight that makes you feel comfortable in your body. You're also looking to add a few pounds of muscle in the process so you can really make a full body transformation.WOMEN
You're a woman who's currently carrying excess weight, either from years of inactivity or from the process of giving birth over the years. You're now looking to reclaim your body, lose 20 or more pounds and maintain the active lifestyle you desire.
You're someone who participates in some form of sporting activity and are interested in boosting your performance through regular workout sessions. You're not as concerned about the way your body looks, but more the way it functions. But, looking better would definitely be a plus too!
