Pull-Up

Start: Grasp a pull-up bar with your choice of grip – wide grip, narrow grip, overhand, underhand, neutral, etc. Begin hanging straight down to the floor with your arms extended.
Execution: Contract your back muscles and bend your elbows to pull yourself straight up until your chin is over the bar. Slowly lower yourself to the start position.
