Grasp a DB with both hands and place it over your head. Once secure in position place the DB behind the back of the head/neck and using both arms evenly extend the DB upward until the arms are completely straight and locked.
Once in extension slowly return to the starting position and repeat for reps
Tips
It is important not to lean the head far forward in order to allow the Db to move back over the head. Make sure that your arms are far back enough so that the DB easily goes back behind the base of the neck.
