Grab a dumbbell in one hand, bend over at your waist slightly with a small bend at your knees, keeping your back straight and head up. Let your weight hang towards the floor. Keeping your body steady bring the weight up allowing your arm to brush the side of your torso.
Tips
Make sure that you squeeze your back as you come up with each dumbbell, and perform the repetitions slowly. This exercise emphasizes the rhomboids and the lower traps. In performing this correctly you will significantly develop the muscle that support proper posture.
