Pre/Post-Workout Shake

what should I be taking pre and post lifting days. I lift Mon/Wed/Fri Legs/Back-Shoulder/Chest-Arms and want to gain a few pounds of muscle. How much before a workout should eat and what, and how long after a workout I should eat and what?


This is tuff to answer.

I personally try to have a 50/50 protein/carb meal about 2 hours before the workout.

1 MR 20 minutes before the gym

Gatoraide and 1 Scoop SuperPro and creatine when I leave.
