pre and post "meals"

Hi there…I want to get the superpump max and the myofusion for my muscle building workout now…should I take superpump max as a pre-workout shake and the myofusion as a post-workout shake??? or do you have any better advice??? I was told to make my own workout shake with whey protein+dextrose+l-glutamine+creatine as a post workout shake… What are the most important suplements to take? Thanks for your time

Hey bro, dont over think things… simple, a good pre workout to make sure your time in the gym is 100% effective, and a good protein and carb meal when you’re done; also creatine at the end of the workout… Again, keep it simple.
