Pre Workouts

I have been using pre workout drinks like 1MR and others consistently for years. I workout 5-6 days a week and love the extra energy they give me during my workouts. My concern is if there are any long term risks to long term use. Do you feel these supplements are safe to us for extended periods?

The first thing I can tell you is that 1MR and most pre workouts do say not to use for more than 8 weeks… You need to cycle your use.

I am not really qualified to speak as to how safe long term use is, put personally I will use the cycle on and off approach
