what workout i best for me

hi there i way about 185-190 pounds and i am really not sure what workout will be best for me, i am having trouble deciding between the RHC workout and the SHOW TIME WORKOUT, i don’t know weather i will go to skinny doing the showtime workout or weather to try the RHC workout first and gain a bit more size before trying to get ripped, i am already fairly toned but not ripped. please i there any advice you can give me as to what you think i should do because i am really on the fence as to what workout to commit to. I no not know too much about either of the 2 workouts you mentioned, but I can say this… You can add muscle and stay lean at the same time.
