cardio and supplementation

Hi I am a female wanting to build muscle, and I get alot of different recommendations with cardio. I weigh about 115 and I am 5'3"½. I was just wondering what kind of cardio and how many days a week you would recommend? Also, do you recommend consuming anything intraworkout? Thanks, Michelle

It is hard to answer your cardio question becasue cardio is just one part of the bigger picture. One thing I can recommend to you as a woman: your weight lifting can be cardio too. Keep the pace fast and the rest time low.

I am not a big believer in intra workout consumption. If you want to put some BCAA into your water, or drink a G2 while you are working out, thats fine. I think if your Diet/Meals are on track you don’t need anything “intra.”
