I weigh 149 lbs and I’m about 5'7'‘. I’d like to get back into martial arts shape and get toned.

I have casein, whey powder supplements but I’m not sure of the best way to use it.

Is it possible to get a good workout in 30 min? My schedule is a bit tight these days.



First: Whey vs Casein… The theory is that the Whey is faster to digest than the casein. Hence a lot of people use the casein befire bed so there is a flow of protein during the nights sleep. At some points in the day you may want to mix the two as well. Most important, remember to include whole food protein as well!

Now, a 30 minute workout? I will tell you this, a quick workout is 10 million times better than no workout at all! If you want to get into top shape I would think you will need more than 30 minutes a day, like no NFL guys workout just 30 minutes. If the workout is quick, make sure to take full advantage – little to no breaks, power stuff in the front end so you are still strong, etc.
