Hey – your supps sound good. I am not a huge fan of controlled labs, but they are fine. here is a diet I followed in the past if it helps:

Breakfast 5:30 AM: 1.5 Tbsp Peanut Butter On A Rice Cake 1.5 Scoops Protein 8oz Milk 1 Serving 1.M.R Powder

Morning Workout

Post Workout Meal: 2 Scoops Whey Protein ¼ Cup Almonds Mixed With Soy Nuts
