dumbells and flyes

According to effect. What is the difference between dumbell press and dumbell flyes? Also please tell me what would b better after incline press;incline dumbell or incline fly? same question for flat bench press.

Actually, I do not see much difference in effect… When a muscle grows, it grows. The thing is that the pecs move the arm away from the body (ie a press) and across the body (ie a fly). Thus the two movements will both work the pecs.

I usually only do one fly movement in a workout and I switch it from workout to workout. Flat fly, Incline fly, Pec Deck, etc… all mostly the same (to me).
