Well, I can’t really outline a whole diet for you but there are a few things I can tell you… Keep the caloies low. Hit a second workout of Cardio daily.

I am not a doctor so this is just my advice as a meathead…

The thing with the second training session of cardio is that exercise (in any form) sets off some anabolic triggers in your body: burn calories, synthesize protein, raise heart rate, etc. With the second session you set off these triggers 2 times in a day, and from my experience dieting for competitions, this has a HUGE impact on your body.

As to what kind of cardio, anything you are comfortable with that gets your heart rate up and gets you sweating for at least ½ hour.
