Calf workout

Hey—– I am having a huge problem with my Calf’s…My legs look like bean poles, I work out my legs twice a week and still my calf’s remain the same….could you please help with a program that will help.

Vinny Small Calfs… Try high rep, fast paced training. try to get a pump in your calves the same way you might in your biceps.

Train 4 days a week, and on leg day, throw a set of calves in whenever possible on every set
