ABS

I’m 5"8" weigh 215 trying to find away to lose stubborn stomach fat. Work abs twice a week and 20 to 30 minutes cardio 3 to 5 times a week. ant suggestion.

Keep doing what you are doing…. One trick, try putting some Ben Gay or other sports-cream on your abs before workouts, tightens up the skin and gets the water out.

If you are not using any supplements, try a good thermogenic fat burner to help you burn more calories through out the day… My Company, BPI Sports, has 2 that are great, Rx6 and RoxyLean.
