I am looking for any type of shoulder routine for rotator cuff repair, I have a bad rotator and do not want to have an operation. Any advice about rotator workouts would be helpful, thank you.

I am a meat head, and you should really ask a Doctor. I am not comfortable answering this.

Me personally, I stretch my cuff out with a 5 lb dumbbell every day, always warm up a lot, stop when it hurts.
