high reps
what is your opinion of doing high reps (10-15) for all muscle groups with very little rest between sets? it seems that most, if not all, systems are now going in that direction. What would be a good range for “older” folks who wish to tone and not build “Mr. Olympia” muscles? Thanks
Not a bad move. Even if the reps are not high, I still like very little rest. I personally would still throw a few heavy in cause that is part of the fun.
