I have worked out all my life and have played college football. My question now is….after being married and with two kids, life is hectic and having only three days a week to workout is tough, how can I cut my 205 pounds and 18% bodyfat to 195 pounds and 13% body fat?

I have 3 kids, so I am with you.

The more you can train the better the results you will get. Can you cram a ½ hour fast walk into your night schedule? Maybe after the kids go to bed get a route around the hood and crank it out 3 or 4 times a weeks… You will be happy with the results this will bring you.
