Periods

I’m 17 I weigh 105 lbs. and I’m a workout Junky! I’m always lifting weights, and i do have some cardio. I’m trying to gain lean muscle, but I’m losing weight rapidly even though I’m starting to see more muscle definition.I eat a 6-8 meals a day containing Protein, Carbs, and good fats. Why do you think I’m losing weight, What’s up with that? Also I haven’t had my period in 8 weeks. I know for a fact that it’s not healthy at all. What should I do, and should I be worried?

Let me answer the second question first… You are asking the wrong person. If you are in highschool or college, see the nurse.

As for your diet and training, I have a thought… Just try to add a few more “clean” calories into your daily intake. Write down what you eat, then add like 10% more calories from the foods you are currently eating. See if the weight loss slows down and guage from there if you need to make another change to the diet.
