what am i doing wrong?

I am a 40 year old female. I currently weigh 190 lbs. I work out hard. I have a heart rate monitor so I know that I burn between 700 to 800 calories every workout. I workout 4 to 5 days per week. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong with my diet. I have started to gain weight. I eat very healthy. Im not sure if I should do more cardio, more weight training, or cut calories or increase calories. When I track my calories I am between 1200-1800. Please give me any advise you can thank you cindy

On the diet side, make sure at least 50% of your daily calories are from protein, that is a good start.

I personally think more weight lifting will help to get your body on track… the more muscle you have the more caloires you will burn naturally. Also, have you tried any diet supplements? This can help.

Finally, try getting in some cardio late in the day. Event a fast walk before bed can go a long way to keep blood sugar in a “weight loss” zone.
