Hi, i wanna join an elite military force. My questions are. How to get over 20 pull ups (atm 15)? How to build strenght and enduracne at the same time. and when to do cardio with all this training?

Strenght and enduracne actually go hand in hand. When your body is in shape, it is in shape, no questions… Look at NFL guys!

Cardio can fit in after weights, in a seperate session later in the day, or alone as a workout.

As for the pull-up, keep training. make sure to get some curls in, and train general back exercises to build up strength in supporting muscles. Rows and deadlifts might help!
