flat abs

my name is Lucy, I’m 41 years old I weight 116 lbs. I go to the gym 4 days a week for 45 min. I push my self to the max! I want to know if at my age, there’s a way I could have difinition on my abs! And if so, how can I acomplish it.

Hell yea! At 116 lbs you must be in pretty good shape. If you want abs, go get them… Train hard. one thing I see with abs is people cheat… like if you are doing a sit up right, there is no way you could do “100” like people say they do.

The key is to do the exercises you are doing, but make sure the abs are doing 100% of the work. Is there a full stretch at the bottom? In a sit up doest the back of your head touch the ground? Are you blowing all the air out of your lungs at the top to make sure ther is a full contraction? Make sure there is no jerking in any exercise, just smooth action from start to finish.
