I am 6’1” 180 lbs, lean; I want to know how I could put on more muscle.

1: More protein in the day

2: Lift heavy every other day

3: Hit the classic exercises, deadlifts, squats, cleans, rows, bench (not all in the same day)

3: Warm up good and then keep the sets in the 3 – 10 rep range

4: come up with a 3 month plan and follow-it, then switch up things for the next 3 months, etc, etc.

5: consider supplements, there are some great ones out there for building size and strength. Look at A50 from BPI
