Pre Workout Supplements for morning workout

Hi I work out first thing in the morning and I am curious as to what to eat and what supplements to take before a workout. Ideally I would just like to consume a shake and then workout.So how can I create a good shake option.

Well, you know I work for BPI sports. I also workout in the morning myself. 1MR is a huge part of my morning gym effort.

Try to put as much time as possible between your food and the 1MR – how ever much that may be in the morning.

Also, what kind of a shake? Any carbs in there or straight whey? Morning is actually one of the times of day where carbs will not hurt you.
