Post Workout Suplement

I have been doing about 30 minutes worth of cardio after my intense weight training. I know you are supposed to take your post workout suplement immediately after your workout. My question is should I take it imediately after weight training or is it ok to wait after my cardio session?

either really, the question is if it will cramp u up during the cardio. Also, it is kind of a pain to eat in the gym.
