To see your abs it is a matter of getting rid of bodyfat.

To work the abs, you need to think of your abs like you think of your bis. Full range of motion, don’t let other muscles “cheat” during your movements.

Work the Abs from the top and the bottom.. Crunches, leglifts and any variation you can come up with. This is one time where Form is king – if you are doing it right it should be hard to get more then 15-20 reps of any ab exercise.
