How should I workout?
Look I’m 61 years old and 6'0 foot and weigh 225.I workout 4 to 5 days a week at golds gym. I use Syntha-6,Cellmass,No-Xplode,all BSN products.Can you build me a workout for Maximun leanness.
I don’t think I can just simply build a whole workout, but I do have a few thougts… 1st, BSN is a great brand, but do not be scared to try others (BPI).
Also, how is your back, knees, blood pressure? Any issues?
Have you lifted heavy before?
I love “big” exercises: squats, deadlifts, cleans, bench, etc… not for everyone though. Some people get great gains just rolling through the equiptment in the selectorized section.
