getting back

hi, I have not been training regularly for a couple of yrs after an injury to my back.. I want to get back into it but I am now nearing 45yrs old. what programs and supplements can you recommend for me since I hear creatine etc are of no use for guys my age?

for the record I was 97kgs at my peak with about 12% body fat, I am 5' 11

I’ve never heard that about creatine? Start slow, 20 minutes weights (like a circut train on what ever machienes are in your guy) followed by 20 minutes cardio. Do this for the first few weeks to get you into the swing of things.
