Hi buddy, Anas here. Thanks for your reply. I am not preparing for a contest these days. my goal these days is increasing size. what would you say about this split routine. day 1: chest day 2: back day 3: Shoulder Day 4: Arms day 5: off day 6: cardio Day 7: off then repeat.

Any other routine would be appreciated. Thanks.

Anas, I dont' like your plan cause you cram all your weight trainig back-to-back. Try throwing one of the off days or the cardio day in between the weight training: day 1: chest day 2: back day 3: Off Day 4: Arms day 5: Cardio day 6: Shoulders Day 7: off

Also, not to bust balls but when you training legs?
