Chest Routine

Hi, I’ve been working out for 3 months & have good results with the exception of my chest. I’m doing bench presses, incline presses, dips & cable crossovers. My chest just seems to grow much slower. What do I do to help my chest grow more.

What kind of reps are you doing? Start on the bench press; try getting a little pump going so you are warmed up, then: 5 Reps 5 Reps 3 Reps 3 Reps 1 Rep 8 Reps

When you move on to the following exercise keep the rep range a little higher (since you’ve now done the low rep stuff).
