Cardio After Weights

Hi,is it healthy or advisable to drink protein shake during 18 minutes of HIIT cardio straight after weights session ( nano vapor hardcore pre-workout drink also consumed before weights ).

I’ve done this, it is not a bad move in my mind… it might slow you down a bit on the cardio, but if you are ok with the drama of mixing and consuming a drink during the workout, then go for it.
