How should I space my protein and and pre-workout powder apart?

Most pre workouts are pretty strong these days… I use 1MR and it kicks in really fast for me.

I personally have my last meal about 1 hr 15 minues before training, 45:45:10 protein:carbs:fat ratio and my PWO about 15-20 minutes before the gym.

post workout ASAP after working out.
