I have been wanting to lose weight for years. I’ll get started but within a month I’ll lose motivation and give up. Is there any advice you could give me?

The best advice I could give is this… “let your successes fuel your success.” That is not a real saying, I just made that up but what I mean is, if your goal is to lose 10 pounds, and you lose one, that should be so motivating. The fact that you are closer to your goals should make you excited to get the other 9 gone.

Stay positive, and try to enjoy the workout time… If nothing else, it is great people watching!
