4 days split workout

can you guys help me with a four days split workout ? I need to change my routine ASAP, thanks !Please i like to train hard, but i only have 4 days to train.Help me !!!

Day 1 Back & Bi Day 2 Chest & Tri Day 3 Legs Day 4 Shoulders and Abs

Rotate them as you see fit and have time. Fitting a cardio day into the mix will not hurt either.
