Morning Weight training
Is it advisable to hit the weights on an empty stomac immediately upon waking up in the morning when main goal is to loose body fat
it is not the advise I would give you, I’d recommend you find a food you can eat before the gym that will not slow you down. A small portion, but for me, performance is better with food in the belly. I actually workout in the morning and usually have a small bowl of a rice based cereal with 8-10 oz skim milk and it treats me fine.
A good pre workout, like 1MR, before the a.m. workout goes a long way too.
