Try (just a recommendation) dumbell presses, flat, inclined or some place in the middle. the fact that your wrists can turn a bit takes some of the strain off the shoulder and may help.

Always start with REALLY light weight to make sure there is no pain – even a 10 or 15 lb dumbbell to be safe
