im a 50 year old man training to build muscle is that possible and want can i drink for pre-workout

I think you can add muscle at any age… I am not a doctor, but I feel exercise and weight lifting will keep you young. Pre-workouts will work for any age, just read the warnings on the bottle. I would assume you are in good health but if there are any heart or other issues… tread with care.
