puttin on mass

hey man i am trying to gain weight and put on good looking mass. I know i can eat more and keep up with my lifting and I am doing so. What I am asking is what foods and supplements can I take to bulk up? please be exact

hard to answer without knowing more about where you are now, weight, age, years lifing, etc… start by adding up all the food you are eating now.. what is the calorie count and breakdown? Can you add 10% to the Protein catagory?

Also, how are your workouts? Heavy, heavy, heavy.
