Pre workout

I typically get up at 4:30 am to hit the gym before work. What pre workout supp’s can I take that will start helping within 30 minutes? Also what should I take pre workout for nutrition, seeing as how I basically get up and go to the gym?

Joe – I am in the same boat as you… I usually hit the gym in time to come home and take my kids to school.

I pound down a 1MR the second I wake up, and usually eat a small boal of rice based cereal with 8-10 oz skim milk. Sometimes a BCAA drink in the gym, but often I don’t make it.

Honestly 1MR never lets me down!
