Changup for diet?


I know that every now and again it is helpful to change up your workout to “shock” the muscles and keep things fresh. Does this work with diet as well? I’m just starting to get into the nutrition side of things in order to lose some lbs., but want to keep my strength up. Thanks


I would say YES 100%. Also, change the diet along with the change in workout. Tke time to get big and take time to get lean.

ALWAYS – Protein should be the center.

Calories and supplements fit into the big picture of training.

The important thing is to always be on top of what you are eating and know when it is time for a change.
