Trying to lose fat and gain muscle

What is a good program to lose fat and gain strenght at the same time? I have a gym membership and go 5 times a week at 4:00 a.m. in the morning before a 10 hour work day. I want to gain strenght in pullups, bench press, squats, deadlifts.

Split your body up into five sections and train these sections M-F. Perhaps do chest Monday, back on Tuesday, legs Wednesday, shoulders Thursday, and arms on Friday. Hit calves on Monday and Thursday and abs Tuesday and Friday. Use primarily basic compound movements since strength is a goal and keep reps around 5-8 per set. Make sure to always include those exercises in your routine that you wish to improve as “practice” will make you better at them. Finish workouts with 15-20 minutes of HIIT to help burn fat.
