Weight loss/ Tone

I’m trying to lose roughly 10-15 lbs and tone up. My biggest problem area is my lower abdomen. I have started to get definition on my upper abs and my arms. I talked to my friends because where I’m located at there isn’t really much else to do than workout, so I am at the gym about everyday. I just ordered some whey protein and I’m taking Super HD. I’m just not sure what will help me the most in losing that left over fat from the baby. If you could help me out that would be great. thank you.

Being at the gym everyday is excellent, but it is all about what you are doing there, as well as what you are doing in the kitchen. Weight training builds muscle and helps to raise the metabolism, but cardio workouts burn fat more “directly,” so make sure you are doing BOTH forms of training. As well, your diet must be on point and directed towards losing fat. This means overall calories must be low enough and that carbohydrates are restricted to breakfast and post workout. Protein should be at every meal and healthy fats should be at all meals that have no carbs. Foods must be of high quality and cooked without sauces and such that make them fattening.
