Chest Training video and squat ?

I just saw your chest video. AMAZING! seriously tat was one of the best videos I have seen. Totally going to change my outlook the next time i hit it. What are your thoughts on depth in the squat. I see a lot of folks going all the way down ass to grass. I go parallel with my hammy even with the floor, but dont go below as i notice going any further puts a posterior tilt on the pelvis as if the hips roll under your back. thoughts> Thanks Eric. Wow, thanks so much for that wonderful feedback. There are many more vids on the way with more tips! As for the squat, I have always seen my best results going to parallel or just an inch below. However, the squat is one of those movements that are VERY individual, with everyone having a different “comfort zone.” Some guys are just built to squat ass to floor, but myself, like you, lose my form by doing that. So, do what works and feels right for YOU.
